making little pavlovas
this is a very easy recipe with almost no ingredients
you just need:
egg whites and 3 Ts of sugar per one of them
first of all beat them for a while until they get super hard
and then start adding the sugar very slowly and keep beating
when it done put on an oven tray and it goes into the oven for hours
until it get hard and super light
the oven has to be at its lowest temperature
and to give it a final touch spread some caramel on them
it's heaven!

Setting up your table for you dinner on Christmas eve can be very fun, it doesn't have to be just red and green. You just need to create an atmosphere, make up a theme, or chose a color accent or simply be yourself and use what you just like no matter what the protocol says
Here it goes a little bit of inspiration to help to create an clean and organic feeling
- napkin rings
- table cloths
